André Lessa is a senior technical lead and entrepreneur. He blends over 18 years of experience in developing complex software systems, with a very inventive mind. His skills include problem solving, technical product development, data science, and software architecture design. He was a lead engineer focused in R&D and innovation at Vivisimo, an enterprise search company acquired by IBM in 2012. Later, he founded Meaningfy, a (Machine Learning focused) startup, taking it from concept to production while going through two startup accelerators. Currently, he is the CTO at OnlyBoth, a company using Artificial Intelligence to create the industry's first automated benchmarking engine.
Paul Kruschel is a transportation and logistics industry veteran with 13 years of experience in sales, management, and operations. Paul spent 11 years as a Sales Executive at CH Robinson, a Fortune 500 provider of multimodal transportation services and third-party logistics. In 2015, Paul joined Thermo Fisher Scientific, a Fortune 200 biotechnology product development company, where he created and now manages a truckload brokerage network for sensitive pharmaceutical shipments.
Noah Robbins is an agriculture industry pioneer with years of experience in growing, operations, and sales. In 2013, Noah founded Ark Foods, a company focused on growing 'curious' vegetables for the high-end restauranteurs and adventurous eaters alike. Now in over 250 locations throughout the East and West Coast, including Whole Foods and Costco, Ark Foods is poised for continued strong growth within the specialty agriculture space.
Carl has 40 years of hands-on experience in building businesses, marketing, business development, management, and startup investments. His early career focused on the design-build real estate business. He established major consultancies focused on providing technical services on behalf of institutional mortgage and private equity investors. In 2014, he oversaw the negotiation and disposition of six of his entities to CBRE, employing at the time 190 people, spanning six domestic branch offices with affiliates in London and Paris. For the past four years, he focused his efforts as a seed-round angel investor overlapping with McCune in the fields of IoT and transportation.
