Jason Cahill

Managing Partner

A network design engineer by training, an experienced manager, an Army veteran who served with Special Forces, an empathetic customer advocate, and a product-focused leader that loves to think big. An MBA at Carnegie Mellon sparked his passion for tech, and for data-centric, mission-driven companies solving “real problems.” He's always enjoyed helping teams and has long been an advisor/mentor/advocate for entrepreneurial ventures in various organizations. His investments have spanned sectors, but always gravitate toward high-performing operators.

Katherine Zamsky

Managing Partner

Katherine has a 15-year career in multi-sector portfolio allocations, private equity/hedge fund manager selection, and structuring transactions on buy/sell side. At Bank of America, she launched and ran private equity and hedge feeder funds for the $65B wealth management platform and built platform’s operational infrastructure and technology. Katherine started her career at AIG hedge fund-of-fund team as a quant managing portfolio allocations

Eduardo is also a member of the Board of Cuba Emprende, which has founded an academy for micro entrepreneurs in Cuba through

the Catholic Church that has graduated over 1,800 aspiring small business owners on the island.

André Lessa

André Lessa is a senior technical lead and entrepreneur. He blends over 18 years of experience in developing complex software systems, with a very inventive mind. His skills include problem solving, technical product development, data science, and software architecture design. He was a lead engineer focused in R&D and innovation at Vivisimo, an enterprise search company acquired by IBM in 2012. Later, he founded Meaningfy, a (Machine Learning focused) startup, taking it from concept to production while going through two startup accelerators. Currently, he is the CTO at OnlyBoth, a company using Artificial Intelligence to create the industry's first automated benchmarking engine.

Paul Kruschel

Noah Robbins

Carl de Stefanis

Advisor | Private Equity Operations

Carl has 40 years of hands-on experience in building businesses, marketing, business development, management, and startup investments. His early career focused on the design-build real estate business. He established major consultancies focused on providing technical services on behalf of institutional mortgage and private equity investors. In 2014, he oversaw the negotiation and disposition of six of his entities to CBRE, employing at the time 190 people, spanning six domestic branch offices with affiliates in London and Paris. For the past four years, he focused his efforts as a seed-round angel investor overlapping with McCune in the fields of IoT and transportation.

Carl is a licensed professional engineer in New York and Connecticut and holds a BA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and Masters in Real Estate Finance from NYU.
